PMF League will become PFM League

Of all the money that the bureaucrats at headquarters could spend their time, and money on, a name change surely wouldn't have been top of the list.

Independent market research however has conclusively found that PFM has a better ring the PMF!, and the boffins at headquarters have taken it in hook line and sinker.

PMF (or soon to be PFM) Liaison officer, Dr. Olivier Cadin explained all, "As we are wanting to appeal to a mass arena of football fans, supporters and players, we have sanctioned for research to be done all across the globe. The findings were very interesting indeed, and we will be actioning all wherever we can, to make this unique and wonderful league, all that better."

Whether by paying an estimated 1.2 million pounds for the research is value for money or not I'm sure only time will tell, Fulham supporter Micky Graham stated, "What a waste of time and money, the PMF League is starting to find its feet now, so to revert to PFM....I don't know, seems a waste of time to me."
