Transfer Form

Transfers play a huge part in the Premier Management Football league and the future of your club rests on the decisions you make.

Buying or selling the wrong player can have disastrous effects on your teams performance. Once you have agreed a deal with another club for the purchase or sale of a player then you will have to submit the details to the PMF board.

Below is a guide to making a transfer in the PMF league.

Once you have agreed a fee for a player with another PMF manager then you must both fill in the transfer form. Both submitted transfer forms must match exactly before the PMF board can confirm the deal.

Part Exchange deals for players are allowed, although no more than 2 players can move from one club to another in any one deal.

( i.e. You can pay a lump sum for 2 players at once but you must tick the player exchange box on the transfer form to confirm your intentions to the PMF board )

Therefore if you wanted to purchase Michael Owen from Liverpool for £10m plus two of your players you would have to fill in the transfer form stating that you are purchasing Owen for £10m, then fill in 2 more separate Transfer Forms informing the PMF board that you are also selling 2 players. On all 3 Transfer Forms you must tick the exchange box. This indicates to the PMF Board that the 3 separate deals are all part of one exchange deal.

All 3 exchange boxes must be ticked for a transfer to be completed. If any of the exchange boxes are not ticked then none of the 3 deals would go through and the forms would have to be submitted again.

The Exchange box will prevent managers from pulling out of half of a deal ( i.e. Unless they complete all 3 transfer forms in full then no deal will be confirmed )

This also enables you to submit the sale of players that are part of an exchange deal for £0m. As this deal would not go through unless all forms from both managers have the exchange box ticked.

Once you have completed the signing of a player then you must pay him a signing on fee. This payment will be 10% of his final transfer fee and is paid directly to the player. ( i.e. If you bought Michael Owen for £18m then you would have to pay £18m to his club and a £1.8m signing on fee to the player )

Don't hesitate to contact the PMF Board if you are still unsure of how to complete an exchange deal or a normal transfer.

FREE TRANSFERS

At some point you may wish to offload certain players that do not feature in your future plans. For one reason or another you may not be able to sell these players.

If this should occur then you may wish to release a player on a free transfer.

To do this you must email the PMF Board stating the name of the player and your reason for releasing him. You must also include your password when emailing the board.

Should the PMF Board accept your request then the player will be released from your club with immediate effect.

You will not receive a fee for releasing a player.
